Michael Conteh is an an interdisciplinary and participatory researcher with over two decades of experience conducting research, training, and consulting in South and West Africa, Europe, and the United States of America. His favorite aspect of being an educator and researcher is enabling people to learn and grow through the application of critical thinking skills and multidimensional perspectives to complex global issues. He is passionate about the impact that participatory research and community engagement can have on finding long-term solutions that improve thousands of people’s experiences achieving their goals, creating various communication products, and documenting lessons learned across multiple platforms.
